Liberty Signs Refund Policy

At Liberty Signs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email team@libsigns.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
All replacement shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by Liberty Signs.

2. Returns for Personal Reasons
If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for return approval.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.
Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for non-quality-related returns or refunds.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item received.
Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

4. Oversized Items
Due to the high shipping costs and increased risk of transit damage, oversized products with any side exceeding 30 inches are not eligible for standard returns or refunds for personal reasons.
If your oversized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or work with you to find a suitable solution.

5. Custom or Personalized Products
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable for personal reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement after verification.

6. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact our support team at team@libsigns.com.
Please include:
Your order number
The reason for your request
Relevant photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps and return instructions if approved.

7. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
